G C Canalside Development, LLC engaged Teresa McDonald to develop the interior concept and choose all of the interior elements for our 6 townhouse development. As developers we needed up to date analysis about current trends and Teresa expertly guided us through the process. We are extremely pleased with the interiors. All the townhouses have a similar layout but we wanted each townhouse to be distinctive: tile, lighting, flooring, counter tops, all contribute to remarkably unique beautiful interiors. There is a wow factor in each unit that makes are townhouses standout in the marketplace. We appreciate how Teresa was careful with budget and available when we needed onsite consultation.
